East African Community Advances AI Learning and TVET Framework

On 2 November, regional reporting highlighted the East African Community’s approval of an AI learning module and a technical and vocational education framework, opening a potential policy pathway for member states including South Sudan. A national rollout plan, South Sudan-specific implementation budget and programme costs were not confirmed during the reporting week. The development creates opportunities for curriculum design, teacher training and vocational education partnerships; HPC can support education-sector research, institutional coordination and training programme planning.
