Mauritania Advances Public Procurement Reform

On 5 November, Mauritania’s Ministry of Economic Affairs presented the implementing provisions of Law No. 026-2026 on the Public Procurement Code, focusing on transparency, fair competition and more efficient public spending. No separate implementation budget was announced.
